Danley Stages Demo of Jericho Horns in Nevada Desert

LAS VEGAS — In the days before InfoComm, representatives from Danley Sound Labs arranged an impromptu demonstration of Danley Jericho Horn point-source loudspeakers for long-throw applications in the desert adjacent to Nellis Air Force Base. The team rented a 25kV generator and a lift for the demo, which took palce in an undeveloped industrial park.

FOHE Martin Frey Endorses
 EAW Red Certified KF740 Arrays

WHITINSVILLE, MA — EAW announced that FOH engineer Martin Frey has endorsed the company’s Red Certified KF740 arrays for main PA loudspeakers and will specify them as first choice on all technical riders. The agreement comes after Frey got the chance to use KF740 main PA system provided by Las Vegas-based H.A.S. Productions (HAS), with whom EAW is piloting the Red Certification program.

Living Hope Church Worship Center Includes Midas PRO2C, d&b audiotechnik Speakers

PIPERTON, TN — Living Hope Church, which recently opened its new 700-seat worship center here, contracted with Memphis-based Elite Multimedia to provide the sound system, acoustic treatments and AV system. The setup includes a Midas PRO2C at FOH, d&b T10 loudspeakers for the main sanctuary array (six per side), d&b 4S loudspeakers for frontfills and a single E12 loudspeaker as center downfill, all powered by d&b D6 and D12 amplifiers.
