L-Acoustics released a recap video for ISE 2025. Along with its showcase for new products, the company also hosted its Masters of Sound Experience interview and discussion sessions with theatrical sound designer Cody Spencer, tour sound engineer Xandy Whitesel and festival sound designer Stephen Hughes.

Nick Marzock from Full Compass checked out Allen & Heath’s SQ-Rack at NAMM, a rackmount version of the company’s SQ series of digital mixers. Richard Starr from Allen & Heath noted that the NAMM booth was showcasing the first three SQ-Rack units in the U.S. He added that the $3K MAP mixing units were expected to start shipping in April.

The 2024 CMA Touring Awards were presented March 3, 2025 in Nashville. Keith Urban was back as the host of the awards recognizing the best of the best in country music touring. Luke Comb’s “Growin; Up and Gettin’ Old Tour” was one of the big winners of the night, honored for Crew of the Year and categories including Production Manager (Jerry Slone), Tour Manager (Ethan Strunk), FOH Engineer (Todd Lewis), Monitor Engineer (Michael Zuehsow), Lighting Director (Kevin Northrup), and Video Director (Tyler Hutcheson).

Dynacord presented the IX Series IP-networked multi-channel DSP power amplifiers at ISE 2025 in Barcelona. The lineup consists of five models tailored to industry-standard power specifications of 1,500, 3,000 and 6,000 watts across two 8-channel and three 4-channel configurations in a compact 1U form factor.

ISE 2025 welcomed 85,351 visitors from 168 countries to Barcelona, Spain from Feb. 4-7, 2025. With a closing message of “Mission Accomplished – Connection Restored,” the organizers note that next year’s event will return to Barcelona Feb. 3-6, 2026.
