Greenland’s Qooqqut Festival Mixed on Allen & Heath SQ-6 Console

NUUK, Greenland – Greenland’s cultural center, Katuaq, staged the annual Qooqqut festival for 250 attendees on an isolated shore in the Nuuk fjord complex, in close cooperation with the authorities to ensure compliance with Covid 19 guidelines. Katuaq’s sound technician, Angunnguaq Larsen, mixed FoH for the event from a 48 channel SQ-6 console.

TOULOUSE, France – For French melodic rockers Neko Light Orchestra’s eighth anniversary show, live sound engineer Johnny Torchy drove an L-Acoustics Kara/Kiva system with a Yamaha CL5 console equipped with a Rio 3224D I/O box bringing in 60 inputs. London’s Theatrical Performers and Tech Companies to Raise Funds for Three Charities with Four Concerts in September

LONDON – Each Wednesday from Sept. 9 to 30, a line-up of top West End singers will perform alongside some of theatre’s top musicians in West End Unplugged (live from L-Acoustics Creations) in a series of four 45-minute streamed charity concerts. MADRID, Spain – On July 15, Live Nation kicked off Crew Nation Presenta, a series of reduced-capacity concerts featuring a line-up of local artists at Madrid’s Sala La Riviera venue, which is equipped with an L-Acoustics Kudo sound system. The concert series, which runs through Sept. 25, is raising funds for the Crew Nation Global Relief Fund, set up by Live Nation to support crew members affected by the pandemic.
