We Out Here Festival Launches in U.K. with Assist from A-Live Sound, dLive and SQ

CAMBRIDGESHIRE, UK – Allen & Heath mixers tackled FOH and monitor duties for We Out Here Festival, held for the first time this August and curated by BBC Radio 6 DJ, Gilles Peterson, his Bronswood Recordings label and Worldwide FM. The four-day festival showcased an eclectic line-up of underground artists and DJs. Glasgow-based A-Live Sound provided five dLive and four SQ systems to run FOH and monitors across seven stages.

VUE Headlines Rye Music Festival in Beijing

BEIJING, China – VUE China partnered with Beijing-based production company, S.A.G., to deliver audio services for the second-annual RYE Music Festival in Beijing in late May. The Capital’s first outdoor music event of the season, and one of just a handful of sanctioned events given the PRC’s 70th Anniversary security measures, the festival was held in Changyang Music Park and featured Scottish headline act The Jesus & Mary Chain and Taiwanese pop stars Jolin Tsai and Jay Chou, among others.

Tabernacle of Glory’s Four-Day Annual Worship Event Supported by Powersoft Amps

CORAL GABLES, FL – Every year, congregants of the Tabernacle of Glory, which has locations in Miami, New York, Boston and Haiti, undergo a 40-day fast, and they also gather to celebrate the last four days of that fast. This year, 8,000 filled the University of Miami’s Watsco Center from Aug. 1-4. Sound Media supported the gathering with an audio setup that included Powersoft X Series and T Series amplifiers.
