GREENSBORO, NC – The Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts is now the home to the largest Meyer Sound Constellation acoustic system in the U.S. Project consultants included Arup of New York along with Matthew Mahon, Christopher Darland, Ed Arenius and Cliff Miller, president of SE Systems, who helped forge the connection between the venue and the Meyer Sound team in Berkeley, CA.

Faith Family Church in Texas Unites Multiple Spaces with Electro-Voice and Dynacord System

BAYTOWN, TX – Faith Family Church worked with Ellis Pro Media to integrate all AVL systems in the design/build of the church’s new 1,400-seat sanctuary. The sound system includes Electro-Voice X-Line Advance X2-212 line arrays and X12-128 subs, augmented by EVF and EVH fills. Dynacord IPX amplifiers provide power and processing for the sanctuary and multiple ancillary spaces.

In Memoriam: Mark Brunner, 55

NILES, IL – Longtime Shure exec Mark Brunner died Oct. 1. He was 55. Brunner joined Shure in 1989 after earning an MBA at Northwestern University and served in several key and varied roles before he was named VP of global corporate and government relations. He also served as former president of PAMA (Professional Audio Manufacturers Alliance).
