ISP Technologies “In Mask” Microphone System

ISP Technologies’ Classroom Infrared Amplification System enhances voice clarity with a MEMS technology miniature microphone installed directly into the mask, only a few millimeters away from the user’s mouth. Mics can be removed and inserted into a clean mask daily, allowing masks to be cleaned and re-used. A neck-worn infrared transmitter sends the signal to a SCM100 Line Mixer/HDDS Audio System, allowing dual IR microphones plus three other audio feeds from a laptop, projector or other classroom audio signals.

Martin Audio Announces TORUS Constant Curvature Array and DISPLAY 3 Software

Martin Audio has unveiled two major developments: the company’s first constant curvature array, TORUS, and the introduction of new 3D prediction and optimization software, DISPLAY 3. For applications that typically require a throw between 50 to 100 feet, a full-blown line array is not always practical, optimal or affordable. Conversely, a point-source solution may not be sufficient in coverage and SPL. TORUS is a constant curvature array designed to fill that gap.
