NORMAN, OK — The Event Safety Alliance announced plans for the first Severe Weather Summit, set for March 10-11, 2015 at the National Weather Center, 120 David L Boren Boulevard in Norman, OK 73072. Co-presenters include Weather Decision Technologies, Inc. (WDT), the NOAA/National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center and Venue Management Consultants Group (VMCG). The event costs $750 to attend and includes complimentary breakfast, a wine and cheese reception and closing dinner. Members of IATSE, PLASA, USITT, or ETCP receive a 10 percent discount off the cost of registration.
