DiGiCo SD Consoles Supplied for MerleFest

WILKESBORO, NC – SE Systems supplied DiGiCo SD consoles for the 31st annual MerleFest country, bluegrass and Americana music festival. As in recent years, DiGiCo consoles once again mixed and processed nearly all of the music emanating from the festival’s stages. MerleFest was founded in 1988 in memory of Eddy Merle Watson, son of bluegrass legend Doc Watson, as a fundraiser for Wilkes Community College.

Clegg Sound Provides NEXO for UNH Honors Convocation

DURHAM, NH – Clegg Sound Associates was recently contracted by the University of New Hampshire (UNH) to provide a sound reinforcement system featuring NEXO arrays for the Honors Convocation event at The Whittemore Center Arena. To cover the 7,500-seat ice rink, Clegg Sound deployed their own NEXO GEO M6 tangent arrays as mains for the event.

L-Acoustics Brings Clarity and Focus to ASU’s Neeb Hall

TEMPE, AZ – Sound Image recently installed an L-Acoustics Syva and ARCS WiFo system at Arizona State University’s Neeb Hall lecture center. L.S. Neeb Hall, one of the largest lecture halls on ASU’s Tempe campus, has a fan-shaped seating area with a capacity of nearly 450 people. Sound Image sales engineer Ben Davis, who works out of the company’s Tempe-based contracting division office, took a two-fold approach in meeting the facility’s needs.
