Norah Jones Rocks with Sennheiser and Neumann

MONTREAL – Singer/songwriter Norah Jones is supporting her fourth studio album, The Fall, with a tour and performances on late night TV. The album, produced by Jacquire King, is a rock ‘n' roll departure from Jones' earlier work. But Jones' voice has not changed, and FOH engineer Brett Dicus continues to rely on Neumann gear for vocals and a backline of Sennheiser wired mics and wireless PMs.

Live Nation, Ticketmaster Win Approval, Complete Merger

NEW YORK – Within hours of receiving conditional approval from the U.S. Department of Justice on Jan. 25, Live Nation and Ticketmaster Entertainment completed their merger. The deal, in the works for nearly a year, pools the resources of the largest concert promoter (Live Nation) with the leading ticketing company (Ticketmaster). But the newly merged Live Nation Entertainment must abide by several antitrust stipulations.
