Mohegan Sun’s Wolf Den Venue Adds Yamaha CL5 Consoles

UNCASVILLE, CT — Mohegan Sun Casino, first opened here in 1996 by the Mohegan tribe of Connecticut, recently upgraded the audio system at the 350-seat Wolf Den venue with a pair of CL5 mixing consoles from Yamaha — one at FOH and the other at the monitors. The setup also includes Rio 3224-D and 1608-D input/output boxes.

Boulevard Pro Adds L-Acoustics KARA System to Rental Inventory

RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ — Boulevard Pro, based here, recently added a full L-Acoustics KARA package. The company added 36 KARA enclosures (two 18-box main arrays), eight ARCS WIDE constant curvature systems for in-fill applications, five coaxial 8XT as front fills, 16 SB18 subs, and a dozen LA8 amplified controllers housed in four LA-RAK touring racks. The gear joins the dV-DOSC, dV-SUB and 112P enclosures already on hand in Boulevard Pro’s inventory.

NAB 2014 Show Attendance Surpasses 98,000

LAS VEGAS — The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) reported that total registered attendance for the 2014 NAB Show was 98,015, an uptick of more than four percent from 2013. Exhibit space was also up more than seven percent from the previous year, with the event comprising 1,746 exhibiting companies spanning 945,000 net square feet of exhibit space.

GAINESVILLE, GA — Danley Sound Labs detailed several stadium installation projects where its gear has played a key role, including the home stadiums for the NFL Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills.
