Taylor Productions Joins EM Acoustics HALO Network

HOLTSVILLE, NY – Long Island-based Taylor Productions and owner Bill Taylor (pictured here) have taken possession of an EM Acoustics HALO-A line array system, the first delivered in the U.S. The new system is made up of 16 HALO-A line array modules, six MSE-218 ground and six MSE-218F flyable subwoofers. It follows Taylor’s first purchase of EMS-129 and EMS-61 two-way loudspeakers and EMS-115 subwoofers in 2017.

Veteran Rigger Dies During Setup for Coachella Festival

INDIO, CA – An experienced rigger working to set up gear for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival died as the result of a fall on April 6. The worker was said to have worked at the festival since it began 20 years ago. He was identified by the Riverside County coroner’s office as Christopher Griffin, 49, of San Diego.
