Avid Technology to be Acquired by an STG Affiliate for $1.4 Billion
BURLINGTON, MA – On Aug. 9, Avid announced that it had agreed to be acquired by an affiliate of STG in an all-cash transaction of approximately $1.4 billion, inclusive of Avid’s net debt. Avid CEO/president Jeff Rosica and board chairman John P.
