Monitor Mixer Mike Bangs Relies on dLive System for George Strait’s Show during RodeoHouston

HOUSTON – More than 80,100 fans attended George Strait’s concert in Houston’s NRG Stadium during RodeoHouston 2019. An Allen & Heath dLive Digital Mixing System provided monitor support for Strait’s 11-piece band in a unique in-the-round stage configuration, with veteran monitor engineer Mike Bangs in the saddle. GP Productions provided the NRG Stadium stage package and control system, with stack and racks coming from LD Systems.

FOH Engineer Scottie Baldwin Uses Yamaha CL5 on Wang Leehom Tour

MACAU – For Leehom Wang’s Descendants Of The Dragon 2060 tour, which brought the artist to fans throughout China last year, the Taiwanese-American singer-songwriter, actor, producer, and film director performed with a mix from Scottie Baldwin, who used a Yamaha CL5 Digital Audio Console, Rio 3224-D2 input/output units, and Yamaha SWP1 Dante switches for the challenging production.
