MONTREAL – Solotech announced its acquisition of Pro Sound, Inc., a Miami-based AV, lighting and broadcast integration firm. Solotech also acquired Pro Sound, Inc.’s Stage Equipment and Lighting (SEAL) brand as well as affiliates Pro Sound CA, Inc. and Show Systems, Inc. Brands and staff will be retained, with “A Solotech Company” added. FRANKFURT, Germany – On March 4, after “intensive consultations,” Messe Frankfurt announced its decision to postpone Prolight + Sound. The trade fair, originally set for March 31-April 3, is now scheduled from May 26-29. Existing visitor tickets will also be valid in May 2020.
