ISE Issues Statement on June 1-4 Show Dates and Policy Adjustments

MUNICH, Germany – Mike Blackman, managing director, Integrated Systems Events (ISE) announced March 1 that, while ISE 2021 is holding firm to plans for an in-person exhibition in Barcelona from June 1-4, it is also updating policies to give attendees more flexibility for this first post-Covid era trade exhibition. ISE is also planning an online program with unique content for those who opt against traveling to Spain in June.

Adamson Supports Live Music’s Return to the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo

TOKYO – Rising J-pop stars Little Glee Monster recently kicked off their Japanese tour before a socially-distanced crowd at the Nippon Budokan venue in Tokyo. An Adamson Systems Engineering system supported the gig, the start of the band’s largest arena tour to date. System engineer Ryuichi Kawakami deployed 108 Adamson E-Series and S-Series cabinets in a 270° configuration.

Almería City Orchestra Brings Cathedral Acoustics to Modern Auditorium with d&b Soundscape

ALMERÍA, Spain – In a normal year, the Almería City Orchestra performs its Christmas concert in a cathedral that was built in 1524 to serve as both a house of worship and a protective fort against pirates. To allow for social distancing, the concert moved to a modern auditorium. But organizers used a d&b Soundscape system to recreate the sound experience of the fortress cathedral.
