Dhawan Electricals Uses Soundcraft Si3 for Music Festival in India

DELHI, India — Yogesh Dhawan of Dhawan Electricals Pvt. Ltd. used a Soundcraft Si3 digital mixing console at FOH for Fete de la Musique, part of World Music Day with the Alliance Francaise de Delhi. The festival was presented through the 64-input Si3 and other Harman products including a dbx 4800 system controller, JBL VRX932LA, SRX728S and SRX712M loudspeakers, and Crown I-Tech IT4000 amplifiers.

LONDON — The 20-show Take That Circus tour was among the biggest the U.K. and Ireland had ever seen, with over a million people attending. Capital Sound was the soundco, with technical director Ian Colville designing the system with FOH engineer Gary Bradshaw and system technician Al Woods using a combination of DiGiCo, XTA and Martin Audio gear.

GUANGZHOU, China — A video posted on the Web site, ChinaMusicRadar.com, showed Taiwanese singer Pan Yuwen performing onstage, adjacent to a multi-tiered scaffolding structure supporting lighting and audio gear. The video captures the sudden loss of power to stage elements, followed by chaos as the scaffolding adjacent to the stage falls over the crowd.

LA LIMA, Honduras — Mega Audio recently supplied the audio reinforcement system, including a Soundcraft Si3 digital console, for a concert commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Evangelical Reformed Church of La Lima in Honduras.
