More than 30 Companies Step Up to Support the 2011 Parnelli Awards

LAS VEGAS – The Parnelli Awards Board of Directors is pleased to announce additional sponsors stepping up and supporting the biggest night of the year for the live entertainment profession. Now in its 11th year, the Parnelli Awards will be held Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Peabody Orlando in Orlando, FL to once again to recognize pioneering, influential professionals and their contributions. NASHVILLE – On his recent tour, ex-Led Zeppelin front man Robert Plant joined forces with guitarist and Nashville's iconic producer Buddy Miller, a walking compendium of American roots music.

BOSTON – LMG Inc. might be known more for its corporate gigs than for concert touring. But for the Pixies' North American tour, the company is providing not only LED video and lighting support, but sound gear as well.

PHOENIX – The two-month Hooligans in Wondaland tour, feature Bruno Mars and Janelle Monae and opening acts Plan B, Patrick Stump and Mayer Hawthorne, wound its way through sheds across North America in May and June, supported by Clair-supplied gear including a pair of DiGiCo SD8s.

BERKELEY, CA – Berkeley Repertory Theatre is relying on Countryman Associates' E6 Omni and E2 Uni-directional earset microphones, B6 Omni lavaliere models and the Type 10 direct boxes. Sound supervisor James Ballen, who has been handling sound at Berkeley Rep for the past 10 years, specified the gear.
