Staging Collapse in Thailand Kills One, High Winds Blamed

PHUKET CITY, Thailand — A stage structure set up for performances accompanying the Phuket Prison Fair at the Saphan Hin public park here killed one person and injured another after collapsing in high winds at about 7:40 pm on June 17.
