LONDON — RG Jones Sound Engineering relied upon Riedel Communications’ Artist and Acrobat intercom systems for the 2013 Wimbledon Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis Club. The system was used by Hawk-Eye operators, statistics collectors, scoreboard operators, and other staff, including the team supporting on-court presentations following the victory of the U.K.’s Andy Murray over world No. 1 Novak Djokovic in the men’s final.

The stolen gear included 24 L-Acoustics K1 and 18 V-DOSC line source elements, 12 K1-SB enclosures and 48 SB-218 subwoofers. L-Acoustics is asking that gear buyers be wary of purchasing the stolen equipment, and to share information on its whereabouts with L-Acoustics, Procolor or local law enforcement authorities.
