FORT WORTH, TX – James Lacey III, a volunteer audio engineer for Tabernacle of Praise (TOP), a nondenominational ministry based here, mixes sound for events staged for two youth ministries, Kidz on TOP (1st to 6th graders) and TOP AGENTS (Army of God Equipping New Teens with Salvation; 7th through 12th grade).
