SYDNEY — A March 1 performance by King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard at the Secret Garden Music Festival here was cut short when a roof element fell to the stage. Reports cited damage from heavy rains that had hit the area prior to the performance as the probable cause. The performance area, one of the festival’s main stages, was shut down.

NEW YORK – The 75-year-old Diamond Horseshoe reopened recently within the Paramount Hotel here after a $20 million restoration. The venue’s opening show, with booking only through April 13, is Queen of the Night, a multi-room fusion of performance, music, circus, cuisine, design and nightlife.
