IBIZA, Spain — Space Ibiza, a mega-nightclub that has been recognized as one of the top clubs in the world since it opened in 1989, has been relying upon Funktion-One gear for its sound since 2002. DPA Podium Mics Chosen for Eurovision Press Room

COPENHAGEN — DPA Microphones CEO Christian Poulsen noted that “due to contractual reasons,” none of its mics were used by performers at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, staged at B&W Halls, not far from DPA’s headquarters in Denmark. Even so, the company’s d:screet Supercardioid Miniature Podium Microphones were used within the press room used at the event, which wrapped up on May 10.

Indiana School Auditorium Installs Bose RoomMatch System

WABASH, IN — For a 950-seat auditorium used by Wabash City High School and Middle School here, AV systems integrator Circle City Audio installed a Bose RoomMatch system. The system includes RM9040, RM7020 and RMS215 components powered by Bose PowerMatch PM8500N amplifiers, with Bose ControlSpace ESP-88 digital signal processors.
