Poland’s Gigant Sound Letus Adds GTO Components to Outline Inventory

POZNAN, Poland — Gigant Sound Letus, based here, recently augmented its inventory of Outline loudspeakers with an order that included 48 GTO, 32 GTO C-12, 64 DBS 18-2 subwoofers plus 12 flying frames. The added gear enables the company to split its Outline inventory into eight identical subsidiary systems. Each of these include six GTO, four GTO C-12 and eight subwoofers — powerful enough to handle a range of events, but also easily transported by truck, set up and flown or ground-stacked as needed.

Reach Communications Bolsters NEXO Inventory with New STM Line Array Components

MINNEAPOLIS — Reach Communications, based here, recently added a new NEXO STM line array system. The company, which had already invested in more than 130 NEXO enclosures can now offer a total of 192 NEXO boxes, and 34 NXAmp 4×4 and 4 NXAmp 4×1 amplifiers to rental customers. Event services manager Dan Brown noted that the latest purchase will help Reach support the needs of bigger shows requiring a large format line array with 145+ dB peak output per box.

StubHub Center Invests in Merging Technologies Event Sequencer

CARSON, CA — StubHub Center, previously named Home Depot Center, is home to the LA Galaxy Major League Soccer (MLS) Team. The main stadium seats 27,000, more than any other soccer-specific stadium in the U.S. The AEG-owned complex also has a 2,450-seat velodrome, an 8,000-seat tennis stadium and an outdoor track and field facility. Venue management recently added new functionality to their audio setup with an Ovation Audio and Event Sequencer from Merging Technologies.
