In Memoriam: Bob Tudor, PreSonus CTO

BATON ROUGE, LA — PreSonus announced that its chief technology officer, Bob Tudor died May 23. Tudor, born in 1967, was a child prodigy. He attended both the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Berklee College of Music before combining both his passion for music and technology at Mackie Designs, then SaneWave, his own venture. With SaneWave, Tudor collaborated on projects with many audio manufacturers. He joined PreSonus full time in 2008.

GC Pro and Behringer Appear to be Parting Ways

Mid-America Sound To Demo Yamaha QL June 3

Thunder Audio Provides L-Acoustics K2 system for Moogfest

ASHEVILLE, NC  — Moogfest, the electronic technology, art, science and music festival named for analog synth pioneer Bob Moog, took place here for five days in late April with performances at more than 10 venues. For audio reinforcement at US Cellular Center’s 2,431-seat Thomas Wolfe Auditorium, which served as the festival’s primary stage, Thunder Audio provided its recently acquired L-Acoustics K2 loudspeaker system.
