The Firefly has two inputs, each with a separate level control to let artists set each instrument with optimal gain. PHILADELPHIA — Rumor is drawing capacity crowds to its two large dance floors, a bar room, and a private VIP “vault.” Ian Hoffer of Aurora Sound and Light Design LLC, who designed and installed Rumor’s sound system, as well as all lighting and effects, chose an all-Meyer Sound array for Rumor’s main room, using four CQ-2 loudspeakers and six 600-HP subwoofers, and, for DJ monitoring, two UPJ-1P VariO loudspeakers and one UMS-1P subwoofer.
