LAS VEGAS — Day Two of the three-day Electric Daisy Carnival, held at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from dusk to dawn June 8-10, was hampered by winds estimated at 30 mph, with gusts strong enough to kick stinging sand into the air. The high winds had been building since about 8 pm June 9.
