In Memoriam: Jeff Kaplan, 43

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Tour engineer/production manager Jeff Kaplan, 43, died Jan. 7 after being struck by a vehicle on Route 50 near Annapolis. Police reported that after his own car struck the median, Kaplan got out and was standing in the roadway when a second vehicle hit him. The accident happened just after 2 a.m. near westbound Route 50 and South Haven Road, west of Interstate 97.
