New from Mach Audio Ltd. is the WLA-82, a compact (600 x 270 x 400mm, 58.3-pound) line array designed for installation or portable sound reinforcement applications. The driver complement is two long-excursion 8” woofers paired with a 1.4” exit compression driver on a 90 x 15-degree (HxV) horn. Two Neutrik Speakon NL-4 connectors simplify interfacing to your amplifiers.
Sensitivity of the 8-ohm enclosure is rated at 99 dB (1w/1m) and max peak SPL is 136 dB. Power rating (AES) is 500 watts, with 2,000 peak power handling. Frequency response is 60 Hz to 19k Hz (±3 dB). A variety of flying hardware is available.
