iSEMcon announces the EMX-7150-CF/SC-BX, a new audio measurement kit in a dedicated storage case.
With its extraordinarily flat frequency response and high 145 dB max SPL capability, the EMX-7150 free-field omnidirectional measurement microphone is very popular among Smaart users. The EMX-7150’s low sensitivity and ability to operate on phantom power as low as +12 VDC with minimal performance sacrifice (the max SPL value decreases slightly, to ~140 dB SPL vs 145 dB SPL, 12v vs 48v). This makes the EMX-7150 an excellent choice for wireless measurement, where lowering the phantom power voltage output of an RF transmitter increases the battery life for the measurement session, without sacrificing accuracy.
EMX-7150 mics are built with an all-stainless steel body, factory-replaceable electronics and capsule, and Neutrik connectors that create a watertight seal when used with an NC-3FX-HD connector.
