LAS VEGAS — As usual, the editorial team at FRONT of HOUSE was waiting patiently for our audio readership to submit news of their latest and greatest sound reinforcement gigs, complete with key crew members including FOH, MON and Systems engineers along with details of the sound systems serving the audience and the performers on stage. Our hook was out there, but we weren’t getting any nibbles.
Finally, after checking the “bait,” we knew why. Instead of asking for details about the audio system and crew, our Showtime Submission Form was asking for info about lighting, video and staging crew and gear. (This glitch appeared after a recent server migration. We apologize for any confusion this caused!)
The silver lining to this situation?
