Chateau Club Equipped with QSC, PowerLight Gear

LAS VEGAS – For the Chateau Nightclub and Gardens, a new nightclub at the Paris casino on the Las Vegas Strip, designer and installer Bob Athey chose QSC's Q-Sys and PowerLight amplifiers. The 45,000-square-foot club spans two levels with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. The Q-Sys networks 30 zones of audio in all.

AES Announces iPhone, iPad and Android Apps for Convention Attendees

NEW YORK – Citing the significant (and growing) percentage of convention visitors who use iOS devices such as the iPhone and iPad, or Android devices, to stay informed and organized, AES has launched apps to provide them with information about the 131st AES convention that they can retrieve while on the go. The convention is set to take place at Jacob Javits Convention Center Oct. 20-23.
