ROCHESTER, NY – Jim Berry and Mike Shapiro have joined the engineering team of audio interface manufacturer Whirlwind. Berry is an experienced electrial engineer, and Shapiro is now product development manager.

Whirlwind, a leading audio interface manufacturer for more than 40 years, announces the addition of two new engineers to their team. Jim Berry is an electrical engineer with a wealth of experience. Prior to Whirlwind, Berry was a systems engineer for Alstom Signaling, Ferronics Inc., and qualitrol and an electronics engineer with Horizon Aerospace, Kayex Corp and Harris RF Communications.

Mike Shapiro is now a product development engineer at Whirlwind. He previously worked as a software engineer at Xerox and PeerPlace Networks, and as hardware engineer for Yank Technologies.
