MADISON, WI – Full Compass Systems named Doug Carnell chief operating officer. Carnell has more than 28 years of experience in the AV/integration business, most recently as executive vice president of operations at AVI-SPL, where he has served for the last 11 years. He will oversee daily operations and identify development opportunities for all Full Compass business channels.
