MANHEIM, PA — Clair Solutions named Joe Bunting regional service manager for its office here. Bunting will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries regarding customers’ requests to work with Clair Solutions in audio, video and lighting integration projects.

He will act as an advocate for clients and help facilitate interaction between the customer and Clair Solutions staff engineers and designers. This will include site visitations, meetings with planning committees, and creation of documentation in order to keep projects moving forward.
In addition to generating new sales, Joe will help to maintain relationships with current and past customers as well as handle box sales when gear is needed but install is not required.
Joe will report to Clair Solutions Executive Vice President, Gene Pelland. “Joe comes to us with a well-rounded background in AV, lighting, and acoustics from years of experience as an Assistant Mastering Engineer at a New York mastering house and then a senior installer at Clair. We recognized his ability to work closely with the customers during the installation process. That positive feedback compelled us to promote Joe to sales,” Pelland said.
Commenting on the opportunity, Bunting says, “As an installer, I was able to be a part of the Clair Solutions final product. Being in that situation teaches you to be sensitive to the needs of the end user, so consequently, our installers are very passionate about paying close attention to detail. This is the same ideal I plan to take with me into the world of sales. Understanding the needs of the customer and being able to estimate the amount of time an installation requires will come naturally to me because of my experience in the field.”
Pelland is excited about how smoothly Joe’s transition into his new role is happening. “We are already seeing incredible success in the short time he has been working in the field with our clients and we are confident Joe will be an incredible asset to both our customers and our sales team.”
