LITITZ, PA – Clair Global announced its acquisition of Ampco Flashlight Group, a Utrecht, Netherlands-based provider of audio, lighting, rigging and motion solutions. Ampco Flashlight Group and its related companies will continue to operate without a change in name or leadership. Dick van Berkum, CEO of Ampco Flashlight Group, and Troy Clair, CEO of Clair Global, both welcomed the move.
