MILWAUKEE, WI – Spanning 11 days, with 11 stages and some 800 bands performing, Summerfest is billed as "The World's Largest Music Festival." Clearwing Productions provided Martin Audio LE700 monitors at four of the 11 stages.
Clearwing has been involved with Summerfest for more than 15 years, and provided the Martin LE700s to the US Cellular Stage, Briggs Stage, Rock Stage (Harley Davidson), and Miller Lite Oasis during the run of the festival.
Martin LE2100 monitors were also used at the Marcus Amphitheater for one night of Lynrd Skynrd.
Other top acts performing at Summerfest included Gavin DeGraw, Public Enemy, Skillet, BB King, The Roots, and Uriah Heep.
The Clearwing crew included System Techs Simon Bundy, Kevin Gilson and Clayton Melocik. Crown amplification was also used throughout.
