NAPA, CA – Sound Image Productions provided an EAW ADAPTive sound system for the Oxbow RiverStage in Napa, CA. The Oxbow RiverStage series lineup for 2019 has included The Steve Miller Band and Bob Weir and the Wolf Brothers along with The Roots and The B52s.

More details from EAW (www.eaw.com):

Sound Image Productions is a San Francisco Bay Area, full-service division of Sound Image Escondido, CA. Just two and a half years after opening its doors, the Hayward, CA-based division has cultivated an impressive list of notable clients, including Superfly, Viva Creative, Blue Note Napa and many more.

The Oxbow RiverStage is an exciting new venture bringing together Sound Image Productions, Another Planet Entertainment, Blue Note Entertainment Group and Mad Dog Presents for a new outdoor festival- style venue at The Napa Oxbow Commons. Sound Image Productions, with partner Light Action Productions, has taken on the responsibility of bringing a new stage, roofing system, lighting and putting together a hand selected team of technicians and engineers to deploy the legendary EAW ADAPTive sound system to this amazing new venue for their 2019 series line up.

The team at Sound Image Productions deploys ADAPTive for its ease of use, sonic clarity and industry leading ability to mitigate unwanted noise pollution. “The reasoning behind the choice of using the EAW ADAPTive sound system, outside the exceptional sound quality, is to be a responsible vendor. The ADAPTive modules ability to keep the sound focused on the concert goers and contained within the venue site is a top priority,” said George Edwards, Sound Image Productions General Manager.

“With no splay angles to set or change, the Anya line array modules deploy faster than any other system,” said Aaron Martin, Sound Image Productions Anya Lead. “The time we save on deployment we use to optimize the systems coverages and tuning; adapting to the current conditions and stringent sonic requirements of the Oxbow RiverStage venue. With the ANYA ADAPTive system we have the ability to control the exact definitions of our coverages as well as adapt to the needs and requests of any artist we support without sacrificing sound quality.”

The Oxbow RiverStage series launched late this summer with performances by The Steve Miller Band and Bob Weir and the Wolf Brothers and will continue through the autumn season featuring some great artists such as The Roots and The B52s.
