Join Shure’s Ben Escobedo for an engaging conversation with prolific production sound mixer Tod Maitland. During this episode of the Shure Audio Institute’s monthly webinar series, Maitland will share his experiences and expertise from his more than 40 years in the fast-paced film industry.
Maitland is a three-time Academy Award nominee and is a pioneer of EQ and wireless microphone use in film recording. He has worked on a variety of high-profile movie and film productions including the upcoming West Side Story, where he used Shure Axient Digital and TwinPlex extensively during production. His previous work includes I Am Legend, Joker, JFK and many others.
