ORLANDO – Roland Systems Group (RSG) teamed up with Apantac to show interoperability between the Roland V-1600HD Multi-Format Switcher and the Apantac TAHOMA-DL "Hybrid" Multiviewer at InfoComm 2011.
The combined technology provides an all-in-one multi-input, multi-channel, and multi-format switching / multi-image display solution well-suited for live production. Roland's Multi-Format Live Switcher and Apantac's "Hybrid" Multiviewer complement each other perfectly as both products support HD/SD-SDI, RGB, Component, DVI, HDMI, and composite inputs.
With the latest update to the V-1600HD supporting V1.3 TSL, serial tally integration between the V-1600HD and the TAHOMA "Hybrid" Multiviewer are seamless. This provides users with an enhanced ability to quickly identify sources along side the built-in V-1600HD preview display.
Both companies are embracing the interoperability of their solutions to offer integrated innovation and functionality that spans many pro AV applications including; houses of worship, live events, corporate, and education.
