“As the TV repack and T-Mobile activation begins to wrap up, wireless microphone and intercom operators across the country are finding it particularly challenging to get their jobs done,” explains James Stoffo, CTO Radio Active Designs. “The radio spectrum shuffle affects all aspects of American culture including live broadcasts, sporting events, houses of worship services and arts and entertainment productions.”
As one of the leaders in wireless technology, Stoffo presented a radio spectrum update along with RF best practices and offer problem solving advice to attendees. Stoffo presented an hour-long seminar offered by InfoComm at 8:00 AM Thursday morning. The full hour covered wireless microphone use as well as a spectrum update and best practices.

He designed the wireless audio systems for Microsoft Studios, most of the Cirque Du Soliel shows in the US, the NBC Sports Facility in Stamford Connecticut, large Theme Parks and Attractions and the QVC shopping Network, a 250,000 square foot facility with multiple studios on one combined antenna system.
