BURR RIDGE, IL — Frank Weber and John Muzyka, lead audio techs for Production Plus, have been contemplating the benefits of line arrays for a few years now, yet neither were satisfied or convinced there was a system offered that would uniformly appease their customers’ specifications or requirements —until they discovered Adamson’s SpekTrix system.

“The size, weight, versatility, ease of rigging, audio quality and audio output of the SpekTrix Line Array makes it the right choice for our rental inventory. This is a system that is going to surprise many people and is already the choice of many top-touring acts,” said Bruce Sirus, the founder of Production Plus.  “We are very happy with the addition of the Adamson Line Arrays to our rental inventory.”

Production Plus also upgraded its audio inventory recently with new digital consoles, front end processors, wireless systems and other gear. The company handles all aspects of production including lighting, scenic and AV solutions, mostly for business theatre productions, corporate product launches and special events.

Production Plus began in 1973 as a two-man operation with Sirus and Len Davis running all aspects of the company. Greg Kieta joining as a third principal in 1986, and Production Plus has since developed into a full service staging company with a full-time staff of 50. Their client list now includes Sprint, Harley Davidson, Super 8, Coemar, Intel and US Cellular.
