FARMINGDALE, NY — Brescia, Italy-based Outline inaugurated its American branch, Outline North America LLC in recent months, led by pro audio veteran Thomas Bensen. The company has since played a role in several installations and events, and will show gear at InfoComm that is new to the North American market.
At InfoComm booth number 6384, the company will feature the new Mantas vertical line array and Lab 21 infra-sub, along with compact enclosures of the DVS (8-10) range in self-powered versions.
Mantas builds on the company’s Butterfly system and offers 147 dB SPL peak, with 4 modules in a compact cabinet weighing 52.9 lbs. including hardware. The Lab 21 infra-sub features a hybrid waveguide and indirect radiation system in a compact package, fitted with a 21” woofer.
Booth 6384 will also feature the Butterfly and Mini-COM.P.A.S.S. VLA plus Outline’s wedge monitors and “point source” systems.
The company’s recent activities installations and live events at the Clear Channel Theater in New York, the Healing Place Church cathedral in Louisiana, the Imperial Palace Casino in Biloxi, Miss. and the New Orleans Jazz Festival.
Bensen, a 30-year veteran, has also helmed the U.S. branch of amplifier manufacturer Powersoft. “I’m proud to be part of the Outline family.
