Once, Peter and the Starcatcher Take Top Tony Honors for Sound

NEW YORK — The Broadway musical Once was honored with eight Tony Awards this year. Along with “Best Musical,” it swept production categories honoring designers for sound (Clive Goodwin), lighting (Natasha Katz) and scenic design (Bob Crowley).

Among plays, Peter and the Starcatcher’s design team also picked up Tony Awards for best sound (Darron L West), lighting (Jeff Croiter) and scenic design (Donyale Werle).

The Tony Awards took place June 10 at the Beacon Theatre in New York.
