Master Mix Live Class of 2016 Announced

LAS VEGAS — Master Mix Live, a semi-private school that offers students a live audio engineering education, announces its 2016 graduating class.  The 5-month, 240-hour immersive program is uniquely modeled to teach, train and prepare up and coming audio engineers with live practical knowledge and the understanding and use of up-to-date, cutting-edge audio gear to qualify as an A1 or A2 proficient live audio engineer in 20 weeks.

The school was founded by instructor Rick Camp, himself a seasoned pro with more than 35 years of pro experience as a touring musician and front of house engineer for top acts such as Earth, Wind & Fire, Madonna, Destiny’s Child, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Chris Brown, Natalie Cole, Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, Jennifer Lopez, Anita Baker, Kelly Clarkson and dozens more.

Live audio learning exercises at Master Mix Live range from the psychology of mixing a superstar artist to sound system architectures, digital and analog console operation to microphone applications and advanced mixing techniques.
