HAMBURG, NY — Gary J. Krypel, marketing communications manager at Columbus McKinnon, died on Nov. 10, 2018. He was 52. Prior to joining CM in 2010, he had served as a graphic designer in the Buffalo, NY area. Funeral services are being handled at the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home in Hamburg, NY with a service on Nov. 15 at 10 a.m.
Among the many condolences posted on the funeral home’s website was a tribute by Steve Vitello, executive director of sales and marketing at CM, who described Krypel as “very talented” with “an infectious sense of optimism and tireless work ethic. He was loved by his team and held in very high esteem by his peers.”
Krypel is survived by his wife, Antoinetta; parents Joseph and Joyce Krypel, and other family members including two sisters, a brother, aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
