HOUSTON — Hector Escimilla of On Screen AV recently designed and installed gear for an audio system upgrade at Harmony Public School in Houston, TX. The school was in need of audio reinforcement for their auditorium and lecture hall/video production studio.
The ceiling height and room acoustics of the auditorium called for a powerful yet compact system that would not create bad sight lines. With that in mind, he decided to go with four IVA vertical array systems from Biema, placing them symmetrically across the front of the stage facing the auditorium.
"The coverage is so good that there isn't a bad seat in the house," noted Escimilla.
The white cabinets blend in with the room interior. Following the aesthetics of the building, it made sense to add three additional IVA Systems in the lecture hall/music production studio, along with V8 loudspeakers to establish surround sound.
