RED HOOK, NY — Firehouse Productions is adding 100 I-Tech 12000HD amplifiers to its inventory for tour sound projects, and while Mark Dittmar, lead sound and integration engineer for Firehouse Productions, likes the sound quality, it wasn’t the only reason for their decision to commit to the new technology.

The I-Tech HD has a user-inspired DSP engine co-developed with BSS called OmniDriveHD and Linear Phase FIR filters. The OmniDriveHD processing engine also has a new group of limiters called LevelMAX™. Harman HiQnet™ System Architect™ mirrors the typical browser navigation interface for power configuration and control functions.
The HiQnet™ also integrates all product categories in the signal chain for various professional audio systems. HiQnet no longer requires the user to manage multiple operating systems or be responsible for programming individual signal processors, speaker controllers, wireless microphone systems, and mixing consoles.
