Following the announced government recommendations regarding COVID-19, we have decided to take a series of precautionary measures to reduce the risk of contracting the virus by our employees, suppliers and customers. We have organized our production teams and offices to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
When possible, DAS Audio will attempt to minimize the impact of the situation on our activity and your business. Thanks to the stock available in our warehouses both in Spain and the United States, we guarantee that no orders will be affected.
The steps we have taken and hope you understand are as follows:
- Avoid whenever possible visits to our facilities.
- In the event of having a scheduled meeting at our facilities in the coming weeks, we request that you contact our employees to avoid it being held in person, DAS Audio will provide all possible facilities so that said meeting can be held both by phone as online.
- Our employees will only make visits in case of urgent need.
- We have not detected any positive case of COVID-19 in our employees so far, but should this happen, we will notify all companies and / or people who may be affected.
- If someone in your company has contracted COVID-19 and believes that they may have been in contact with our employees, notify us immediately.
- For the personnel that inevitably have to maintain contact with our employees, we strongly request that they be provided with Personal Protective Equipment and that they limit their stay at our facilities as much as possible.
- Lastly, we have increased stock levels both at our facilities in Spain and in the United States.
