NEW YORK — David Byrne and the cast of Here Lies Love, his musical about Imelda Marcos, including the time she spent in Tacloban, will be performing a concert adapted from the production to raise funds for victims of Typhoon Haiyan. It’s set for Nov. 25 at Terminal 5 in New York City. Proceeds will go to Doctors Without Borders.

The musical, Here Lies Love, premiered at New York’s Public Theatre in April. “We hope this concert will raise money, raise awareness, and provide support for those who have lost so much,” said Oskar Eustis, artistic director of the Public Theater.

The musical was staged after Byrne and Fatboy Slim released a concept album with the same name in 2010.
