COCONUT CREEK, FL — With seven locations in south Florida, Bru’s Room is known for its Buffalo wings, big screen sports and friendly environs. Founded by former Miami Dolphins linebacker Bob “Bru” Brudzinski and his partner, Wings ‘N Things founder Eddie Hauk, the company has won accolades for 19 years.
For a new 20,000 square-foot location in Coconut Creek, there are five different rooms including a family dining area, outdoor covered dock, patio bar, kids ice cream parlor and private lounge, each outfitted with state-of-the-art audio and video systems based around Community loudspeakers.
The sound system in the main area features Veris35-94 and Veris32-94 full-range units, with the bottom end handled by S-Series S-215S subwoofers. Four R.5 all-weather models serve the outdoor lounge, and Cloud6 ceiling speakers cover the dining areas. Good sound was a priority, but it was important to be able to fill the area with club-quality sound yet not overwhelm the customers or restaurant crew.
